What kind of being would one like to be? Each would have beneficial perks, but also some negative traits.

Attribute and properties determine the charasteristics of any thing; alive or dead.

Are ther any professions? Or are we using abilities to execute certain skills?

Encumbrance is not all about carrying more then you should. It's also about knowing how to carry what in the first place. Putting a sword into a pouch makes no sense! Putting a healing potion in a wooden locked chest that you carry around might not be such a good idea either.

How does one create things? Or discover things? Learn specific trades. By doing or by being taught.

How to make money or at least something to pay the bills and get food on the table. This can be done in a myriad of ways, including some that might be less considerate of the laws!

Politics can influence that status que of all the continents. It may lead to war or broker a peace treaty. It may as well lay down rules of law and order.

To make sure criminals will be dealth with, in whatever rules have been layed down, a justice system is part of society.

There is a time for talking, there is a time to smash things when events are not going the way as planned. Be careful though, war might bring some benefits to the warring parties, there will also be some substantial backlash. Don't take war lightly!

As on any planet, weather and time can have a major impact on what's going down.
